Happy Thursday!

I was overjoyed and ecstatic to have your students in class this week! 🙂 They worked so hard!

New Information:

This Week:

• We:
  • read expository (non-fiction texts) about erosion, volcanoes, and earthquakes.
  • continued our unit about place value and numbers up to 1,000 in regards to standard form, expanded form, word form… This will get us ready for 3 digit addition next week.
  • celebrated 100 days of school and got to sing Somewhere Over The Rainbow with the whole school. This song turned 100 years old.

• Spelling Words: deer, cheers, steer, here, jeer, near, ear, dear, clear, spear, store, north, again, house, inside
