THE STUDENTS HAD SOOO MUCH FUN TODAY AT THE FIELD TRIP! I have some sleepy kids right now in class! 🙂

- began our new literature unit and talked about heroes
- we read about Cesar Chavez this week and discussed why people may think he is a hero
- celebrated Valentine’s Day and compared non-fiction vs fiction texts around the day
- continued our math unit into triple digit subraction
- began a new chapter book: Magic Tree House – The Knight at Dawn
